Youth Engagement
FFB is focused on networking, coalition building, social mobilization, and capacity building of public and private university scientists, academics, and students. FFB is working with the universities to develop a university-based Alliance for Science group/Science Club/Youth Groups. FFB has also worked with the Bangladesh Association of Biotechnology Graduates (BABG), a national-level association consisting of more than 1500 graduate biotechnologists from all the reputed public and private universities in the country.
March for Science
The Bangladesh Alliance for Science, a chapter of the Cornell Alliance for Science, organized a series of activities in Bangladesh to celebrate the global March for Science movement on April 22, 2017. The Cornell Alliance for Science, a communications initiative of the Cornell University, USA, is a partner of the international March for Science movement and supports ongoing efforts of the movement.
